*Please note that this guide applies to those who are investing in a large-scale illuminated project. If you are purchasing a small to medium sized concept, then we will ship the piece to you with all of the relevant fixtures & fittings. Included will be some simple instructions so that you can hang the piece yourself. *
*If in the event that you would like installation included on a smaller concept then it can certainly be arranged, and an additional cost. Simply make your request and we can discuss the details on a case-by-case basis.*
Step 1: Consultation / Inquiry
Whether we’ve approached you, or you’ve come to us directly, the process remains the same. The initial contact will involve a relaxed discussion, where you can share your thoughts, ideas, and what you want to achieve with the space in question.
- How big is your space?
- What it its function? (e.g., hotel lobby/open-plan office)
- What would you like to achieve?
- How would you like to customise your piece? (e.g., Full-spectrum add-on/LED dimmers)
- How do you want your artwork to be displayed? (e.g., recessed into the ceiling/suspend)
If you really want to get the most out of your art, then you’ll need the full-spectrum add-on. This will allow you to experience your art in a multitude of different lights (literally).
Try experimenting with the various colour temperatures, throughout the seasons!
Additionally, you can have a dimmer installed with your original illuminated concept. This will give you the flexibility to experiment with the brightness levels until you find the perfect setting for you.
Step 2: Exploring your space
Next, we will send one of our representatives out to your location. They will measure up the area in which you would like the LED light art project to be situated. Following that, they will gather any further information required by our artist, Tony.
Additionally, we will photograph the space so that we can offer you an accurate mock-up of what you can expect upon completion. This will be presented to you, along with a formal proposal.
Step 3: Formal LED Light Art Projects’ proposal & presentation
Depending on your preferences, you can go through the proposal at your leisure. Or alternatively we can either take you through the information via video call, or in some cases (depending on location) discuss it face-to-face.
This is a crucial stage, ensuring that you are clear and comfortable with everything involved with your LED light art project. We will discuss all formalities regarding your original commission, and settle on the perfect package for you.
Step 4: Signing the dotted line
This is the final stage of formalities before the magic happens. Once we’ve established a project start-date, and you are completely satisfied with everything, you sign off and pay a minimal retainer fee. Easy.
Step 5: We bring the art to you
Wherever you are in the world, Tony will fly out to your location and meet with you. Together you will be able to explore the space and gain inspiration in person.
Typically, we will partner with a local studio and begin fabrication off-site. Following that, we can bring the art to you and finish off with a thorough installation.
However, depending on your preferences, we can develop the LED light art project onsite for everyone to enjoy. By hosting a live-art event, you can invite your guests to experience the artwork as it is brought to life by Tony, in real-time.
This gives you a unique opportunity to create a refreshing buzz about your establishment. That said, it’s very much down to your discretion. If you would rather we create the art and install the piece with as little disruption as possible, or make its creation an event, we will work through it with you.

Step 6: Enjoy your original LED light art project / Aftercare
Congratulations, you are now the proud owner(s) of a one-off, original artwork by Anthony Baary. Now, you can relax and enjoy as your awe-inspiring feature-piece transforms your space into something truly spectacular.
We guarantee the finest quality. So, in the unlikely event that you have any problems with your piece at all, we will rectify the issues at no extra charge to yourself.

Terms and conditions apply to limited warranty and damage replacement, which we will discuss during the consultation stage.
Going forward, you will be notified in advance should our prices be changed. This is both to let you know that your original artwork will be going up in value, and to give you the option of investing in additional pieces should you wish to do so (at the current price, prior to alterations).
